ABHYANGAM – Ayurvedic Full Body Massage

PADABHYANGAM – Ayurvedic foot Massage

This massage is similar to foot reflexology. The therapist concentrates on the lower legs and the feet and activates the energy points in the body by massaging the nerve endings in the feet. The therapy is perfect for relieving pain, soreness and fatigue in legs, feet and toes and for calming the mind.

SHIROBHYANGAM – Ayurvedic Head & Shoulder Massage

Using gentle and deep strokes the therapist massages the head, and shoulders with warm herbal oil. This treatment reduces stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, migraines and muscle tension. It also improves blood circulation and offers relief from hair and scalp problems and strengthens hair roots.

MUKHABHYANGAM – Ayurvedic Facial Massage & Herbal Mask

The therapist first massages the face and neck using gentle strokes and then applies an herbal facial mask. The massage lifts, energizes and smooth’s the skin. The face pack is prepared at Kadju using herbal powders and a base of either bee’s honey or ghee (clarified butter). The face pack removes dead tissue and toxins and cleanses and rejuvenates the skin. This treatment deeply relaxes and refreshes the senses.

UDVARTANA – Ayurvedic Body Scrub

This energizing exfoliation treatment conditions, tones and tightens the skin, leaving it feeling fresh, young and silky smooth. The therapist prepares the scrub using herbal powders and massages it over the full body. The treatment presses stagnant lymph toxins out of the body and is especially good for cellulite loss and stimulating sluggish circulation.

PINDA SWEDA – Ayurvedic Herbal Pouch Massage

Herbs are put into muslin bags, warmed, dipped in oils and applied to the body. The treatment softens the muscles and the heat deeply penetrates to relieve many symptoms of aches and pains in joints and bones. A wonderful treatment for invigorating the circulation and releasing toxins.

Aromatherapy has a unique connection between inhalation and massage. Essential oils with rich aromas are used to massage the full body, face and scalp. The treatment heals the body, mind and spirit. HOT STONE MASSAGE

120 minutes – LKR 8,500

Heated basalt stones are used to massage the body. The stones are used to apply deeper pressure on the tissue and the heat softens the muscles. Stones are placed along the energy centers of the spine while the therapist is simultaneously massaging the legs, arms and torso areas with oiled and heated stones. The heat from the stones relaxes muscles and increases blood circulation. This treatment is deeply rejuvenating and completely relaxes the mind.
